The end user: pregnant woman between 25-35 years, it's her first pregnancy, she waiting for this long time and dreams to be the best Mom for her baby. She doesn't have experience with caring about the infant and she wants to be ready for difficult situations with newborn.
Problem statement: Lora is young, inexperienced pregnant women in her maternity leave, who needs suggestions and coaching to take care about her newborn baby after due avoiding big mistakes which could cause harm because she want to be the best Mom for her baby and she wants to get "instruction manual" for newborn and also be ready for difficult situation.
